Cooperation Agreement Signed with Hyogo Real Estate Agents Association
The Hyogo-Kobe Investment Support Center, which promotes the location of companies in Hyogo Prefecture, has concluded an agreement with the Hyogo Prefecture Real Estate Transaction Association (a corporation), of which many real estate agents in the prefecture are members, to further attract companies by utilizing unused land and buildings owned by private companies ("private land, etc.") amid a decline in public industrial land.
1 Agreement signing ceremony date and time: October 7, 2020
2. Venue for the signing ceremony: Kobe Commerce and Industry Trade Center Building
(5-1-14 Hamabe-dori, Chuo-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture)
3 Contents of the agreement
The Hyogo-Kobe Investment Support Center will request information on privately owned land that can be used for industrial purposes from the Hyogo Prefecture Real Estate Transaction Association, which will then call on its members (real estate businesses within the prefecture) to provide the information. The Hyogo-Kobe Investment Support Center will then introduce the information to companies looking for locations.
