Cooperation agreement signed with Hyogo Real Estate Agents Association.
The Hyogo Industrial Revitalization Center (a public interest incorporated foundation) and the Hyogo Prefecture Real Estate Transaction Association (a non-profit organization) have concluded an agreement regarding the provision of information on privately owned land and other properties within the prefecture.
At the signing ceremony, Miyaguchi Yoshinori, Chairman of the Hyogo Industrial Revitalization Center, and Kunai Masayuki, Chairman of the Real Estate Transaction Association, signed the agreement. Both parties expressed their hopes for the promotion of industrial location through future cooperation and information sharing.
Through this agreement, the Hyogo Industrial Revitalization Center aims to obtain a wider range of information on privately owned land and other properties than before and introduce it to companies, thereby increasing the number of companies locating in Hyogo Prefecture.

[Contents of the Agreement]
As public industrial land is decreasing throughout the prefecture, the Hyogo Industrial Revitalization Center has requested the Hyogo Prefectural Real Estate Transaction Association (a corporation whose members include many real estate agents in the prefecture) to provide information on industrial land, etc., in order to further encourage companies to locate in Hyogo Prefecture by utilizing unused land and buildings owned by private individuals and others.
