[Recruitment now open] We are looking for partners to consider commercializing the second phase of Hyogo Information Park City.

For the second phase of the Hyogo Information Park City, in order to work on regional revitalization through securing employment by encouraging businesses to locate there, we are promoting the development of a new industrial park through public-private partnerships that utilizes the technical capabilities and funds of the private sector.
The Hyogo Prefectural Enterprise Bureau and Miki City will select a "developer" through a two-stage selection process. In the first stage, in fiscal year 2025, multiple "commercialization study partners" will be selected through a qualifications screening process, and these partners will be asked to consider the outline development design and income and expenditure plan. In the second stage, in fiscal year 2026, proposals will be solicited by the commercialization study partners, and one "developer" will be selected. Therefore, we will begin accepting applications for commercialization study partners for the first stage as follows.
