Here's what makes us different! Four benefits of expanding into Hyogo

充実した優遇制度
In fiscal 2015, Hyogo Prefecture revised its "Industrial Cluster Ordinance" to the "Industrial Location Ordinance," aiming to shift from "concentration centered on attracting factories" to "promoting a wide range of industrial locations throughout the prefecture," and has provided various location support to companies that move into the prefecture, including reductions in corporate business tax and real estate acquisition tax, rent subsidies, employment subsidies, and equipment subsidies.

Starting from fiscal year 2023, the Industrial Location Ordinance was significantly revised, and manufacturing industries related to five fields - 1) new energy and environmental-related industries (hydrogen, storage batteries, products that reduce environmental impact, etc.), 2) the aviation industry, 3) the robotics industry, 4) the health and medical industry, and 5) the semiconductor industry - were designated as priority location promotion projects, with further preferential measures being taken in terms of subsidies and tax reductions, as growth industries that have the potential to drive economic growth and solve social issues.

In addition, the investment promotion areas with preferential subsidy requirements and amounts have been expanded to include the bay area stretching from Amagasaki City to Himeji City.

Furthermore, in addition to providing support for supply chain countermeasures, we are also providing support for the relocation of headquarters functions and the establishment of new research facilities.

We will utilize these systems to support the expansion of companies that will become core members of the local economy in the future.
