Regarding the implementation of a proposal competition for the production of PR videos to promote business locations
In order to spread the word about Hyogo Prefecture's locational advantages through websites and social media, and to attract investment from companies to the prefecture, we will be holding a proposal competition for the following businesses.
1 Contents of commissioned work, etc.
We will produce one long video of about 5 minutes summarizing Hyogo Prefecture's location advantages and preferential treatment systems, and one short video of about 30 seconds, and we will finish each video so that it will have the maximum PR effect depending on its length.
2. Application period
Monday, December 8, 2025 - Monday, December 15, 2025 (must arrive)
3. Application Procedures
(1) Publication of application guidelines
The application guidelines will be posted on the website of the Hyogo Industrial Revitalization Center Hyogo-Kobe Investment Support Center, a public interest incorporated foundation, from Monday, December 1st to Monday, December 15th, 2025.
(2) Acceptance of application documents
A. Application period: From Monday, December 8th, 2025 to Monday, December 15th, 2025 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00
*Applications will not be accepted after the application period.
*Changes or additions to application documents will not be accepted after the application period has ended.
B. Reception location: Hyogo Industrial Revitalization Center, Public Interest Incorporated Foundation, Hyogo-Kobe Investment Support Center. Same as "6. Contact Information."
*Please bring the documents to be submitted in person or send them by mail.
4. Selection method
The proposal competition review committee will review the submitted documents. The proposal competition review committee will evaluate the submitted documents and, based on the results, select the applicant with the best proposal.
5. Schedule
(1) Distribution of application guidelines, etc.: December 1st (Mon) to 15th (Mon), 2025
(2) Application acceptance period: December 8th (Mon) to 15th (Mon), 2025
(3) Notification of selection results: Scheduled for late December 2025
